Original Painting, "CRASHING FORWARD"
Fine Art Original, “Crashing Forward”, is the first painting of my “Making Waves” series.
This painting is about the unseen blessings in the storms we face. The very things that feel like they’re breaking us are often the forces clearing the way forward—urging us back to who we really are. For me, it was a return to art, to creating, to expressing truth through painting while dealing with the overwhelm of the challenges and changes I had to make in my life as I knew it, to be able to properly care form my mother in her final years.
Let “Crashing Forward” be a reminder: sometimes the collapse is the beginning. Sometimes what looks like ruin is actually the start of your return—to your passion, your truth, your path. And that wave? It might just be carrying you to your place of authenticity.
16 x 40 x 1.5 stretched canvas, heavy body acrylic with texture medium, artist grade matt varnish sealer.
